A legalization/attestation is the placing of the consular seal over the seal of a foreign authority whose seal or signature is on file with the United States Embassy or Consulate in order to verify the authenticity of the foreign seal or signature.

For documents requiring notarization:
1. Start by scheduling an appointment using the calendar below.
2. Next, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and a link to your meeting page.
3. Upload your unsigned documents and complete automated ID verification. (View Instructions)
4. During the virtual session, you’ll electronically sign the document(s) on camera.
5. After the session, we will begin processing your apostille immediately.
If your document does not require a notarization, email us a copy for review.
Once the process is complete, you’ll receive an email from us with a scanned copy of the apostille.
This email will also contain a link for you to enter your shipping details if you’d like us to send you the physical copy.
